Baruch’s practice there was focused on commercial, corporate and intellectual property matters. Prior to this association, Baruch was affiliated with two Israeli law firms. Baruch also has served as a legal analyst with Columbia Business School’s Institute for Tele-Information, has published articles in Total Licensing and International Negotiation, and has been featured in various articles. Baruch is a certified mediator who has presided over various matters in several Manhattan courts, and has acted as an advocate for battered women in Manhattan Family Court. He also served in the Paratroopers Brigade and a reserve reconnaissance unit of the Israel Defense Forces, and was selected his platoon's "Most Outstanding Soldier".
